The Historical Model Railway Society is a charitable organization which for over 50 years has been collecting and disseminating historical railway information to its members.  Membership is almost essential for anyone who wants to build an accurate model railway and I heartily reccommend you go and visit their site to see what they have to offer.  You'll find them at;
