indentThere are two reasons why this building may be familiar;- to begin with it has some detail similarities with a famous Church in "Chapel-Le-Dale" in which over 100 navvies who died building the Settle and Carlisle are buried.  More familiar to some however, will be the old Airfix kit of a Norman Church which forms the basis for the model.  The basic architecture will be recognised by many for this area has a vernacular style all its own.
